MOULD
PRODUCTION

One of the main activities of our company is the mould production. In this
field ve are producing cutting, bending, pounching and deepdrawing tools
and moulds for the metal industry and plastic injection moulds for the shoe
industry. We are undertaking the manufacturing of various size and form plastic
injection moulds.
We are equipped with the machines needed for the mould production.
Several CNC milling, turning machines and machining centers were
installed. Our company is equipped with a well built Computer Aided
Design system.
The Rigo Ltd.produces typically plastic injection, PUR moulds
and moulds for processing of thermoplastic compound. Besides these
our company
is dealing with making cutting, bending deep-drawing, Al caster
moulds as well.
  
The machine and partproduction has traditions in our factory.
We are dealing with producing special machines as per several needs.
But we produce differentbookbinderand paper
guillotine machines for the print industry, and other special
equipments as well.
Our part production is growing more and
more, which is allowed by our high precision machining equipments.   
Our Al casting activity is also significantwhich is built on
low pressure technology. We can make high precision castings. Typically
we make difficult structural and heavy castings.
The
production of moulds is supported by high precision CNC machines,
and an investment finished this year means significant capacity
expansion which isan installation of a 5+1 axis machining center.
