The RIGÓ company’s headquarter is at Budapest, but the activity
is made from the east of Budapest, 20km from Szolnok at two settlements
at Martfű and at Tiszaföldvár, in an industrial environment, on an
independent ownership patch.
The Rigó Ltd was founded in 1990 with a capital of, 25 million Hungarian
Forints.The actually subscribed capital is
350 millions of Hungarian Forint. There is a significant incresing
of the number of employees, beeing directly proportional with the
rising of the volume of the production.
The number of employees is nowadays between 60-70 people.
The value of the production is above 600 millions of Hungarian Forints.
The production of the factory rised continually and rising nowadays
too because the two following factors:
- continous developping of the products and the technology
- wide cooperation in the area.
Our company, from the beginning sold the main part of it’s production
on the European market. Actually we are selling 90%-95%
of our production on the European market.
Main activities of our company:cutter-binder machine production
for the printing industry,
production of tools and moulds for the shoe industry, plastic
industry, planning, construction, selling and servicing of assembled,
welded or aluminium forged parts and units.
The definition of the main activity of the RIGÓ Ltd. was the
mould production but in the beginning this profile showed a totally
heterogene picture.
This means that the company, beside the production of plastic
moulds was producing also special parts and machines too.
In 1993 upon a business offer, our company started the production
of the bookbinder machines. The volume of the production rised
continously and was sold on the italian market.
In 1995 there was a new opportunity for our company concerning
the bookbinder production, what brought us a French exporting
possibility.
The employees are composed of well educated experts, speaking
european languages.The strenghtening of the position of the company
on the market, the expansion of the number of customers is realised
by the continous development of the products, the technology
and the service of customer care.
The product supervising system has changed, the CAD system was
launched,
an adequate informatic system was built up and several
CNC usining center were installed.

Tool and mould production:
We are producing cutting, bending, punching and deep drawing tools and
moulds for the metal industry and plastic injection moulds for the plastic
and shoe industry..
Machine production:
Our factory produces individual and small series production of
machines since 1992. The bookbinder machine production and
development is exceeding from the machine production activity.The
selling is realised around the word in 70-75 countries.
The product range won an innovation pruduct award in 2000.
Rubber roller with metal core:
For the paper industry we are producing several size and diameter
EPDM and SILICONE rollers,
for the FELLOWES company.
Sheet metal working:
The efficiency of the machine production expect to develop our
sheet metal working.
For this reason we installed a laser cutting machine in 1998
and a bending machine in 2001. We are producing mainly for ourselves,
but also for external customers.
Aluminium casting:
Because of the wide cooperation we expanded our product range.
We developed the alu casting technology and nowadays we are working
on the reduction of the costs and the efficiency, and this enables
us to cast the parts needed for the machine production, and we
are also able to increase our production for other customers.
The execution of the above activities on a higher level was helped
by the development of the designing activity and it is a basic
task to develop this activity.
We bought several computers together with the softwares responding
to the expectations of our customers.
Used CAD softwares:
-DELCAM: PowerSHAPE, PowerMILL, Crispin
-Pro Engeneering, containing 3D designing and machining interface.
-AutoCad.

Quality policy of our company

The policy of the quality has changed a lot and was turned to
the expectation of our partners. To satisfy more to these expections
we have introduced the ISO 9002 quality insurance system (TÜV
- Rehinhald).
We made qualify our self developed bookbinder machines for CE
and the production line for GS with TÜV-RHEINLAND.
The bookbinder family won the innovative development award of
the Academic Comitee of Debrecen.
